Mark the invoice paid to stop future reminders. Payments and replies are not detected automatically. An email already in transit cannot be recalled.
Where do client replies go?
Emails use your chosen sender name through InvoicePing’s sending address. Replies go directly to your verified account email.
Can I pause a reminder?
Yes. Pause indefinitely or until a date you choose, for example while your client checks an invoice or you agree on a payment date.
Do I need a payment processor?
No. Use your existing payment URL, or send reminders without one. InvoicePing does not hold your money or process payments.
